Thank you for your thorough explanation of this procedure. Just this morning I had to take steps to investigate my one year old 40 volt battery and the fact that it was not accepting any charge. I had same issue with no receipt and the battery was purchased new in November of 2023! I figured as you did what could it hurt to open it up and take a peek inside and see if there was anything obvious wrong. Well I did everything that you did except for the ‘R S T’ step. Now I can readdress it again with a new step in the procedure and see if I can get the same results! Again thank you so much and keep the information videos coming! 🤔👍🏼😎👏

Honestly I got PS4 Pro couple weeks ago. Upgraded it with 500GB SSD and I am so satisfied. I am considering now jailbreaking it and installing 60 fps patch. I've seen video where one guy gest 40-50 fps with patch in GTA5. Next will be PS5 pro when GTA 6 come out.

Hello my os portal only connects when the portal and Ps5 are on the SAME WiFi. I want to use my portal on a different WiFi mostly my hotspot. It connects to my hotspot and I the ps5 does turn on but can never connect. Do you feel like this is a router block? A port forward solution?

First thing to check in this case is the alternator fuse, yes, that car has one. When a vehicle has been stored without a battery maintainer in use it can overload the alternator and blow the fuse. Seeing as how you live in the "Great White North", you do use battery maintainers, right? They are expensive, but it pays for itself in saving money on a battery and/or alternator. I was in error, they are not expensive and the larger ones can maintain several batteries by using cheap jumper cables between them. If WD40 fixed it, it is a simple problem, but a horrible idea. This tells me the alternator is fine, the WD40 simply cleaned some of the deposits off of the slip rings. But the oil in the WD40 collects dust and dirt and is also an insulator. Not a good thing to use to clean the slip rings. Instead get some electrical motor cleaner. All the do-it-yourself parts stores have it. NOT the electronics cleaner, good stuff, but evaporates too fast. The motor cleaner penetrates and flows like WD40, but evaporates out after 10 minutes or so. Better yet, treat, start for a minute, shut off and re-treat. You will find the alternator is just fine and does no need to be replaced. By the way, the slip rings are in the back, don't waste time and cleaner on the front.

if you don’t have any wd40, and you can access the alternator, you can tap the alternator with a hammer or something heavy enough to jar the brushes in the alternator loose and they will seat forward and give you some more time just like the wd40 did for him. this will only work for a short time but you can get home
